Positioning the bed and breakfast: how well are we doing?

This paper focuses on measuring consumer needs in terms of amenities and services provided by bed and breakfast operators in the state of Wisconsin. The intent was to provide the operator with consumer ratings of products and services that would assist in positioning the B&B operation.
