The use of technology in hotel marketing

The importance of a well-functioning and well-regulated PMS (Property Management System) is essential for the profitable running of a successful hotel. The author explains in a simple and straightforward way how such a system can be implemented making use of technological advances with the adoption of a suitable software program.
